Golf Cart Party & Raffle

We're excited to announce Kimbeland Country Club is raffling off a brand new golf cart to one lucky winner. Details below on the flyer. Tickets available at the bar in the clubhouse, you do not have to be present to win. For a full PDF flyer, check out this link. PDF Flyer

Family Tees

The Yellow metal discs that are in the fairways on all Par 4's and Par 5's are the new Family Tees.

These tees are used for beginners, Juniors, Ladies, etc. for any golfer looking to have more fun or that's just learning the game. Or if you just want to get better on the short game, it's a great way to practice for any skill level.

Eventually they'll have the Kimbeland Logo spray-painted on them as well occasionally through the season.

We have paper scorecards with Par 71 on them for now, and also will have them when we go back to Par 72.

Handicap Flag Policy

Handicap Flag Policy

A Handicap Flag on a golf cart signifies that the driver of said cart has a disability that makes walking to their ball a hardship. To qualify for a Handicap Flag the individual must possess a state approved permanent handicap license plate and be approved by the Board. All golfers with a disability who wish to use a Handicap Flag must register with the pro shop. The following procedures must be followed when using a Handicap Flag:

A Handicap Flag applies only to the individual(s) with the disability.
An able-bodied golfer riding with a disabled golfer may not take advantage of the Handicap Flag policy and must walk to his or her ball.
If more than one disabled person is in the group, they must ride together.
The 90-degree rule applies.
Carts must remain on paths at all tee boxes.
Parking carts on the slopes/surrounds of any green or tee box is prohibited.
When conditions warrant and the course has been designated Cart Path Only, ALL golfers, including those with Handicap Flags, must adhere to cart path only restrictions.
Handicap Flags must be checked out/in at the Pro Shop with each round played.
Misuse or failure to follow policy may result in revocation of privilege.
All applicants must attend policy training with the Pro before use.
The Kimbeland Board reserves the right to amend and/or cancel the Handicap Flag Program. This action will only be taken if deleterious or abuse of the program were determined. It is the intention of the Board to benefit our members when necessary.

Handicap Flag Program Restrictions

Must not pull in the front of green on hole #2, #15 or #17.
No closer than 5 cart lengths on par 3's except #8 which will be Cart Path Only.
No closer than the base of the hill in front of the green on #5.
No driving past the left bunker on #9.
No driving past the old bunker on #10.
Hole #11 must stay behind white posts.
Hole #12 Par 4 must stay behind posts.
Hole #13 players must enter and exit beyond the ditch.
Hole #16 carts remain on paths once past white markers.
